Retail projects include new retail buildings from 5,000 SF to 50,000 SF, ranging from warm lit shells to complete interior planning and TFO (Tenant fit out) programs. Tenant work includes national and local retail, furnishing/furniture, salons, sports, and convenience retail.
Landlord services may include lease exhibit plans, tenant permit documents, and "white-box" plans for speculative spaces.
OFFICE
Office projects include new/ground up and renovation work for small 1 and 2 level professional/office buildings from 5,000 SF to 27,000 SF, ranging from warm lit shells to complete interior planning and TFO (Tenant fit out) programs.
Fee simple and office condominium planning comprises a large sector of our work.
RESTAURANT
Restaurant work includes design and expediting for national chain entities, planning/design for local “niche” restaurants, and expediting services, particularly navigating the environmental + health agencies.

HISTORIC RESTORATION + PRESERVATION
We have been involved in historic restoration, preservation, and adaptive reuse work including the Terry-Settle House circa 1834 (Oldest documented residence in Forsyth County Georgia), as well as restoration/preservation work in Olde Town Suwanee, Georgia.
RESIDENTIAL
Our experience includes high end and delicately designed residential projects ranging from 1,100 SF to 13,000 SF - In developments such as Edisto Island SC, Hilton Head Island, SC, and Atlanta area developments including Achasta, Thornhill, Edinburgh/Bears Best, and Atlanta Athletic Club.
Our building and landscape design work has been featured in prestigious publications such as Better Homes and Gardens, and Southern Living Magazine.
Ronald Hadaway, Associate AIA / ASLA, currently serves on the Architectural Review Board for Achasta, a Linger Longer/Reynolds Plantation community.
